Bacha came on strong in the last w/end of Sr League baseball to sweep McCabes in a doubleheader Sat. AM. In the first contest, it was a close contest through the first 5 innings with both teams never leading by more than 1 run. It was 3 to 3 heading into the extra inning game.
McCabes erupted for 4 runs to take a 7-3 lead, and needed 3 outs to clinch their victory and have a chance to fight for 2nd place in the league if

they could winand take the next game. Bacha thought otherwise, and thanx to errors and timely hits, scored 5 runs in the bottom of the extra inning to secure the win. A ground out to 2nd base, plated the winning run with 1 out, and the lock up the 3rd win of the season for Bacha. Both teams were only separated by a half game heading into the last game of the year. The 2nd game of the doubleheader started out even until Bacha plated 4 runs in the 3rd. They held McCabes scoreless to sweep the
oubleheader. Bacha pitchers only allowed 3 hits the entire game. This ended the 5th season for the Sr. league. McCabes Funeral Home ended the season with a 3-5 record while Bacha moved to 4-5.
